ServSafeĀ® Training

One-Day Class:  The One-day class is conducted in a combined one-day in class plus home book study format.  Length of entire course is 15 hours.  This includes 7.5 hours of self/home study prior to each one-day seminar.  All course applicants will be asked to certify that they have participated in the required home study prior to taking the course.  Class size is limited at 35 participants and the registration deadline is three weeks prior to each class date. Your remittance must be received prior to any class materials being sent to you.

Non-certified Group Training

The 7.5-hour class will be a complete overview of the 15 hour course with no text book or exam administered.  This class may be combined with applicants taking the ServSafe One-day class and other applicants not requiring the certification.  This is a great opportunity to have the entire staff trained at the same time.  Class size is unlimited.

The 4-hour class will be a review only of all the major key points to food safety protection.  Class size is unlimited.
